Remember guys, this is just an opinion forum.

Unless individuals have actually dealt with each other on a personal basis,we are basically just a faceless username, responding to another faceless username.

The only thing I could ever be actually upset about on a public forum format would be personal attacks concerning my honesty, which could potentially result in loss of sales.

As far as being upset about someone calling my posts dumb and becoming upset about anything as insignificant as name-calling,there is no way that I would ever become upset about that...unless someone actually thought I was too dumb to run a business intelligently and decided to never buy an animal from me.That would result in a loss of sales, which could impact the decision that my wife is contemplating right now..whether or not to leave me for the locale-specific breeder down the road who is rolling in the dough.

If that would happen,I would machette hack to death anyone who has ever disagreed with me on this public forum and would go on a murdering rampage unlike anything ever seen on this forum whether locale-specific or morph fancier.

I would archive this forum and search endlessly until I had administered God's vengeance upon ever single individual who diagreed with me or failed to laugh at anything that I deemed worthy of a chuckle...and if you think I am kidding....

Uhh..Where were we now? Oh yeah,we tend to take this stuff just a little too seriously I think. We are all God's creatures.Unless you are an athiest and that could start me on a rampage unlike anything...

the level of sensitivity on these forums. Adults acting like they are going to burst into tears over comments made in personal defense. Its a forum for opinions and views, if you dont like them then dont post. All I have seen thus far is people with different opinions crying about sexism, etc. BLA BLA BLA. As if we havent heard sexist/racist/religious remarks. Anyone attacking Hermann for making a comment like that is the pot calling the kettle black. But I am sure that NO ONE one here has made a sexist/racist remark including the women right? LMAO. I cannot believe the amount of bickering and yapping about morphs and localities, truely mass retardation at it ugliest.

` Some volks have so much regard for their own opinions and prejudices, that they're just Hell bent on forcing them down others throats. They are terrified of taking the risk of considering contrary opinions, to the point of terminating them, if they can get away with it.
` What nauseates me is that this nitwit who says "beware of commies and muts"[sic], is a cop. He belongs several generations back, when he could have had much more fun with his dogma. Nowadays, he can only do it virtually, except when in uniform. Can you imagine having a difference of opinion with him while he's at work? He must be in his glory, in his uniform, with his weapons, and ENFORCING. I'd bet his wife tells him when to schiss, at home.

what Herman might be like in his professional life.I know I tend to give Herman a rough time with some of my goofy counter posts and stories, and although I also feel that much,most,err...ok,all of the grief that he receives concerning Boa-related issues is more than justified, I have no doubt that he is a kind, caring person,is a good man and parent, and is probably a very capable police officer.

You have to realize that a good portion of what we portray on this forum is a personna.I think 50% of what Herman does on this forum is an effort to pull someone's chain.About 25% of it is a calculated business move, and the other 25% is an effort to express his views, however he is sort of "past the point of no return" with certain posters on the forum.

Does this mean that Herman is a bad guy? Nope.As a matter of fact, several people who have met Herman say that he is a fine guy. These are people for whom I have a lot respect. I have had a few e-mail conversations with Herman, and have found him to be very pleasant and easy to talk to.

The only two faults that I have with Herman's postings are the personal attacks against individuals who depend upon the industry to earn a living for their families...however,they are all adults and can defend themselves.I used to get upset when a new forum poster would post a pic of his new crossed animal and he would be assaulted within the first 10 seconds, but that has basically stopped.

We need to personally e-mail each other sometimes to discuss issues. For example, last night I was attacked by a fellow for the smart-assed comments I made about our friend Bassline.Did I deserve it? Of course I did.

If I was a sensitive fellow,I could have said something like,"Listen_____,sure I deserve it,but I didn't make a wise-a--ed comment when you told the same fellow, and I quote,"Christ on a freaking crutch, you need to learn how to speak English instead of that stupid gibberish"...but did I say that? No.I calmly responded with humor and e-mailed him to send him some samples of my other b-lls-it.Why?Because I am a nice guy. What does that have to do with anything, you may ask? Nothing really, but I am trying to wrap this up,as my colon is still screwed up and I will have the runs in a few seconds.

` I am open to the concept that Herr Stoeckl is a good guy, other than being a didactic curmudgeon [let him consult his English/Deutsch for that]. I have been wanting to take a bead on him since he posted some rude and unnecessary comments about Anacondas, back when they were part of this forum. Still, even good guys can be creatures of dogmatic preconception.
` Insofar as the old irritable bowel is concerned, you are not alone. A good treatment is Broccolislaw with balsamic vinegar dressing. Another good therapy is ignoring Hermann. The former is much more practical, and much easier to practice, than the latter.
` Don't you think that he would rather have negative attention, than no attention?

I will try it...all of it!

` If everybody quit arguing, trying to be the alpha component, and just traded facts, and experience, would this forum then have less traffic than the Tuatara forum?? Damifiknow!
