This is hard and doesn't seem to bother the snake, but I was just wondering if there is and parasite or disease, which leave these? IBD doesn't leave this does it? I have 3 Ball Pythons and I just don't wanna threaten their health...

Nematodes can leave cysts under the skin, but I am not an expert in snake parasites. My recommendation would be to have a reptile vet take a look at him/her, plus keep it quarrantined until it gets a clean bill of health. No "bumps" are normal, just some are worse than others.

Good post prior to this one. In addition, any animal with muscle tissue (i.e. any animal period) can develop benign cysts beneath the skin, with or without help from parasites. If they get infected, they're not so benign.
Who knows what it really is, though, so probably best to have a vet take a look, if nothing more than for your own peace of mind.
If it's an "open" blister/bump, I would put a rush on the vet thing, because then you have the added possibility of infection.
