looks like a healed bite wound to me most likely from a live prey item left in alone unattended with the snake

Yeek!! That looks like a bite wound. Is it actively draining, or dry and healed over? Looks healed from these pics, but if it's not I would put some Neosporin on it and take it to the vet for a check. Bites can be nasty.
