I think it is imbreeding. I have seen no problem when you breed to unrelated animals together even if one or both of them have a bad eye. If someone takes a brother and sister, breeds them together, and then takes those babies and breeds them together and so on, that is when problems arise. There are alot of one-eyed albinos because they were imbreed for to long. The nice thing about that problem is that you can "Fix" by simply not breeding to very related animals together. Take a 1 eyed albino and breed it to a completely unrelated Albino (or whatever other morph you want) and you will have perfectly healthy babies that have 2 good eyes.
