Madagascar Tree Boa Caresheet...

Doug T Sep 04, 2003 01:07 AM

Hi folks. I've recently updated my caresheet for Madagascar Tree Boas, commonly called Sanzinia or MTB's. It's got a few decent pics and details pretty well what I do to get reproduction from these guys.

Check it out.

Doug,
. Your care and breeding sheet is outstanding. The success that you have had with MTBs is amazing. Good luck with the green phases.

Hopefully seeing someone have some success will turn a few people onto these snakes.

great information page! just curious, are the climates the same generally for both Madagascar Tree Boa's and Dumeril's Ground Boas? I know they're from the same place just ones from west(Dumerils I think) and ones from east (Trees I believe again)... any guesses?

Thanks, J

As I understand, Dumerils are from the driest, more southerly portion of the island. Sanzinia are from the semi-desert to rainforest areas.

Anyone have a better Idea?

Doug
