I agree, I like BRB's better than dum's. I was considering BRB's for a long time, but then I got into the closely related, endangered Cuban Boa. Personally, I have never been bitten by a BRB, and I have held a lot of them. I held a CB dum, and he was mean as hell. If you get your animal captive bred, BRB's won't be mean as they get older. I think the extra beauty of a BRB makes up for them being nippy babies. A friend of mine breeds pure Peruvian Rainbows. OMG!!! They are the brightest, most iridescent animals I have ever seen, its incredible. Unfortunately, a pair runs about $1200, if you can find them anywhere. Brazilians are also extraordinary. Get a pair of BRB's, you will appreciate them more in the long run.
