A couple of questions about feeding during breeding(without the long post).....

sojourner Sep 06, 2003 06:41 PM

Should you/Do you feed during breeding? And if so, How long do you keep them seperated for digestion afterward? TIA

Jesse

P.S. If you want to read the full length post, it's a little ways down amongst the other threads.

Feed the girls,(males usually have only one thing on their minds!)I keep the males separated for 24 hrs. or so afterwards. I feed much smaller food items during this time, and, much less often, they don't "always" accept food, but,if they seem hungry,I offer it....

That's the way I felt about it, but wanted to hear it from some who have "been there, and done that"... Thanks again!
