Opinions Wanted Vivarium as a Boa Enclosure?

stanley_cup_kid Sep 09, 2003 06:08 PM

I am thinking of building a vivarium for my RTB. Something really cool looking with moss and stumps and lots of exotix plants that flower et. Perhaps a small water circulation system or commercial mister. But I'd like some informed opimions. Would this be too humid? would the wet environment cause respitory problems? Anyone have any experience in this area?

Thanks!

very quickly. Once he does he will ruin your setup by crushing the plants and possibly borrowing in teh soil. A simple setup would be alot easier to maintain and clean. I also don't think it's a good idea to keep your boa on moist substrate 24/7 , it may cause scale rot.
