My dumeril's boa tried getting through a spot thats too small and after I got her out...I noticed that she has a little dent there and her scales there are scraped but she wasn't bleeding at all. Is there anything I can use on her to heal it...or will future sheds take care of the problem?

do not worry about it to much, the scales should go back to normal within a couple sheds..
Keep an eye on it just incase of a cut that you didn't see, to avoid an infection.
