Sounds like your boa has mites. You should buy a can of Pro-Vent-a-Mite from www.proproducts.com. Take the snake out of it's cage then completely spray the enclosure. Completely allow the fumes to escape and then you should be all set. Don't forget to read the can and follow the directions.

*Disclaimer: I have never used this product (never had mites), but I know a few people that have. They used it once and never had a problem again.*
