The male,(albino) had never been bred,and,the female,(Harlequin)though bred for the first time last year,has only produced this one single baby! both times she produced folicles,ovulated,and,subsequently passed them with no problems,or,retention,so I don't believe there is anything more than bum luck to blame for her fecundity. this little het is expressing both the color,and,pattern influences we've seen in F2 Harlequins,she will be bred to a normal,unrelated het for Sharp male,it will be interesting to see how many of the babies express the Harley characteristics.(and,of course,what the albinos look like!!!)
