hey, i'm definetely broke, and i was wondering what i should use to gutload my mealies, should i just use fish food?, i read somewhere that flax seed is great for them. we have some, but i have nothing i can use to grind it up. yea, thanks for the help

Some people use some form or another of what I use. 
If you have anything like this laying around your house it should work.
