A few examples of the different types of Nic boas >>>

TWInternational Sep 30, 2003 10:11 PM

We have been fortunate enough to obtain many different forms of the Nic boas over the last few years to hopefully help produce some of the best looking dwarf boas out there !!!

Thanks,
Wyatt

Wyatt, I have always admired your collection of Nicaraguan boas. Post more photos anytime and keep us informed of your breeding success . Thanks, Chris

I'll take a guess, but I'd like to know if I'm right.

Are they hypo, then type II anery, then another hypo, and finally a normal?

The first pic is the Dr. Hardy line of Central American Hypos and then the next is a Nic unlike any that I have ever seen. We have 2 Anery Nics and this one is not even near there color. He has noticable red in his tail but the rest of his body is black and silver/white. The next photo is a special little girl that came on a special shipment a couple of years back. Finally the last is of a Dwarf female boa that is 6 years old and only 3 feet. We have a Tarahumara male that we will breed her to this year to see what happens. How is the Pastel doing that I sent you ?

Thanks,
Wyatt

I really like the anery #2 and the busy patterned last one. I'm hoping to run into a couple like that one day at a show... I love the variety in Nics, definitely my next boa purchase!
