I bred two normal boas together and this is what I got, 2 slugs, 2 still borns, 7 live but out of the 7 two were striped? One with about 95% of a full stripe, the other with about the same amount of striping but a break in the middle. Now my question is, are they hets??? Or is that some kind of freak deal? Give me your opinions? Thanks

could be a fluke occurance (also would explain the abnormal size of the clutch) or the parents could well be hets..
I would guess abnormal until you can breed them again and end up with stripes again
