You will need to go photo gallery link at the top of the page and up load a picture first and then when you make a forum post you will need to select an image from the photo gallery. Or you will need to post a picture some where on the net (like your own web page) or some other website that allows you to upload pictures, then copy the url and paste it where it says image url on the forum posting page

You can format your posts and signature using BBCode. Here are some common examples:
