Okay, here it goes. I fed my baby boa(columbian) 24 hours had passed. When i took it out its color was in a darker than normal pattern. during feeding i switched substrates from pine shavings to newspaper. Okay let me get to the point. i took him out and everything was fine. I let him crawl around me and all that good stuff, but then i tried to place him back in his cage. This is when he became angry and constricted with his tail so as not to allow me to put him down, then he struck my hand. I was wondering why this happened or if anyone has any ideas. I thought about the changes in his enviroment, but wouldn't he have been more aggressive earlier? anyway, any ideas?
