Aspen on or Pine Shavings Better?

What is better to use on news paper, Aspen on or Pine Shavings?

Aspen is better than pine, but if you can find sani chips at a feed store they are even better. They're heat treated and small enough that if the snake eats a little it won't get hurt. They also make spot cleaning very easy in that it clumps together. A huge bag, enough to bed two 6x2x2 cages is about $12.
