What do I do next?

HI!I have a pair together just regular red-tails and my male is squeezing my female kind ontop of her they are just pets and cage together they have done this years past but I think I messed it up for them.They haven't been cooled or anything.THis is about the time they do it every year.Do I just leave them and kinda cover the cagee and give them privacy or what?Whats going on and whats the next steep?Sorry I don't mean to sound stupid.I just am not sure about the breeding other than what I have read.I'd appreciate your help.Thanks so much!
