hey guys,

i was just curious and thought it would be tight to compare everyones names of there snake... so whats your snakes name??

my comlumbian redtail boa's name is APEP (An ancient EGYPTIAN god of darkness, chaos, and evil)

I've got an Apepi too, but he's a Kenyan sand boa. I have like 20 of the things so they all got Egyptian names... Hauhet, Oser, Auset, Athyr, Mehen, Bennu, Wenunut, ect. ect.
Sand boas count for the purposes of the discussion, right?

Well, I'm hoping to recieve my suriname from Rob Tudehope in a couple days and I've already named it Stella (nickname: Ms. Hissyfit) and I also have a regular burm by the name of Won Ton.

oh mybad....i didnt even know that, im new to snakes, but im EGYPTIAN and love the culture....but i feel dumb since i didnt know they are egyptian snakes haha

Yeah, it's kind of confusing, there used to be two subspecies, the Egyptian sand boa and the Kenyan sand boa, but now they're the same subspecies.
I also have a desert horned adder who was imported directly FROM Egypt, so I think that's pretty awesome too.
