I was going to start cooling my dumerils boas (1.2) next week or so. However, they stopped eating on their own last week. Everything else in the room is eating, and they seem in apparent good health. One of the females seem to be breathing a bit heavy, but she WILL NOT do it when she doesnt see me, maybe Im mistaking it for a light hiss. Theres no bubbles, rot or anything like that, that I can find.

Can I start to cycle with them?

My Dumerils have slowed down eating two weeks ago and just shed. I have never had to cycle them to breed. The barometric pressure and humidity of the seasons always plays a role in burmation. Wait a little while longer and see what their activities tell you that they are ready or not. Example was this year everyone breed late, hatched/born very late, and its still relatively warm across the country.
