What is the Biggest Boa?

On average, what is the biggest boa (excluding Anacondas) produced in captivity? Would like some opinions please. I also provided a link that i found that gives photos of some monster boas

Up to 14 feet. Awesome animals. I have trio, including an anery female. They're barely produced in captivity though. Maybe 5 breeders total that I know of with limited availability. It's too bad. They're great animals.
