if anyone out there in the CITY of Los Angeles knows where a good place to get the law as it stands regarding constrictors is i would much appreciate it. city hall sent me to animal control, animal control sent me to the fish and game board, they sent me to the zoo, the zoo sent me back to city hall. all of the above places just wanted to hand me off. basically i just want to know the EXACT legalities of keeping constrictors in the city of Los Angeles. any and all help is MUCh appreciated.
