Aww. Very cute! Sounds like we have similar zoos. I, too, have a rat named Amy, an Ackie and two Malis (along with 10 other assorted mammals and lizards).
I actually just gave away my rats to a friend. they were still babies and i just don't have the time to devote to them that it takes to keep them as gentle as they should be (hairless rats are usually not bitey, but if they get left alone...) so a friend of mine took over, and now my (we think) gravid uro has moved into their cage
