I am thinking of getting a Dumeril's or a Red tail. I don't have a lot of space right now so I figured a rubbermaid will help save space will still being efficient. What size would keep either one of these snakes throughout its life? I don't think they have any special humidity conflicts but if they do please tell me.

There is no rubbermaid that wiil house a dum or a BC for it's entire life. Adult boas should get a cage atleast 4'X 2" generally. But as a baby, blanket boxes are good. That should hold one until it is 3'- 3 1/2'. After that they really deserve a cage.
