He's been in my care for about two months now - growing, shedding, acting like a BT. Any guesses on sex? My guess is either male or female. heh heh...

I've been starting to think female as well. I've seen something little evert (a scent gland), but it wasn't anything like the male water monitors I've had. The tail base seems round to me, which is also a good sign of a female. Oh, and I'll switch her to a better/lighter beer asap.

My female Blackthroat everts while pooping.It looks almost as bad as the males hemipenes(almost as large too,but smoother).

Now I need to find a nice male BT. Too bad I missed out on the CB's that PE had.

Those babies PE had made me jealous!!!! My little girl looks a lot like yours. I'm going to post pics tonight.
