I took my 12 week old leo to the vet the other day due to lose of appetite. The vet did a fecal with two parasites showing up. One of the parasites were hookworm and a protazone(sp?).
I got all the meds for him and everything plus he is starting to eat again. I cleaned out his cage, his hides, and put paper towl down. So i was wondering if i should clean out his cage every night or rotate cages so he doesnt get re-infected? ive heard about people having two tanks setup while treating a gecko and wonder if thats what i should do.

You should clean the cage every day and replace the substrate.

It's not necessary to rotate the cages if you have the time to clean the cage every day. Pay close attention to his water bowl, humid hide, and pooping area, since those are the areas that need to be cleaned the most. Wash them thoroughly with dishwasher soap. Replacing the substrate is also important.
