The most docile natured gtps are generally considered to be the aru and mainland locale types. There is always the exception to the general rule though so the best way to assure yourself of getting a "tame/docile" gtp is to purchase a yearling or sub adult that already has settled and you can see the personality of the individual snake.

It has been proven that calm chondros genearly produce calm chondros.

In general most chondros are calm. The agressive rumor was caused by fresh imports.

Get something CBB from a breeder who produced the animal with calm parents. This is your best bet. "Locality" or "Mixed Bloodline" chondros.
