Uh, a nice male colombian? If you're looking for morphs from your normal Colombian girls, it's not going to happen. You (generally) need morph genes on both sides to produce morphs.

Meaning you won't get possibles if you breed a normal to a morph???

Meaning if you go anery or albino, you'll not get visable outcomes. The original post seemed to be asking about appearances.

Theydo not have to both be morphs to produce morphs. Half the litter will be morph and the other half will be het for the morph.

*** Theydo not have to both be morphs to produce morphs. Half the litter will be morph and the other half will be het for the morph. ***

Whether the trait in question is dominant or recessive, that statement is incorrect.

If the trait (ie "morph" is dominant, you'll get 50% with the trait and 50% normals.

If the trait is recessive, you'll get 50% normals and 50% normal-appearing hets.

Under no circumstances with a normal parent do you wind up with "half morph and half het for the morph."

I'd go with a salmon boa. If you breed your 2 normal females to a salmon male, half the litter would be salmon and the other half normal.
