this is some kind of gecko i found in my room is there anyway i can keep it as a pet and does anyone know what kind it is and all the info about them

I would say its a wild animal, so let it stay wild. It'd be better to just let it go as long as its native to the area.
As for the species, its hard to tell from the picture, is there any way you could post a better picture and a location?

i would agree, larger photo is definitely needed
