Unknown skink

Hi

i was at my local pet store looking for a new pet. I was walkin around looking at the sandfish, basilisks, leopard geckos ect. when this name caught me. It just said African Skink and i saw this little head looking at me. So i ask the guy if i could see him and i was just amazed by the way it looked. It was like a rainbow.

ill try and get some picture of it but those 2 look almost like it.
Any knowledge of care and other stuff would b nice.

it probally was a rainbow skink (Mabuya Margaritifer) they range from kenya and Tanzania all the way down to South Africa.
They can range in different colors, the females are more nicely marked and more colorful.
