Black headed python breeding question?

Jasonmc Feb 04, 2006 04:54 AM

How big of a roll does male to male combat play when breeding captive black headed pythons. I know that males combat in the wild, but do they still need to do it in captivity?

If the males do need to combat, is their any tricks that work so I would'nt need to keep two males?

Thanks:
Jason Mc

I think it helps, but it's not totally necessary. Use a shed skin form another male...should work as well. Get it fresh, keep in the freezer.
