because of the leash. I'm with you guys, Darwin won't be wandering around outside without some sort of tether. I attach his leash to a 100ft rope so he can wander but not go too far. I love the blue with his color...

I thought you were actually walking you lizard, which seems ridcoulous to me, but if your simply keeping him close to you so he dont run away its understandable. I just dont think my guy would like me tying something around him. no offense.

...he just doesn't walk much. I spend about 1.5 - 2 hours every day in the summer months tending to my wild silk moths. I bring Darwin with me and wrap the rope around a tree branch and let him go. I sometimes get so focused on what I am doing (can be tedious) I sometimes forget about poor Darwin but all i have to do is follow the lead! lol! As for walking, he won't cruise along, he'd much prefer to be on my shoulder

i know it was because of the collar, lol. I am debating getting on e for our iguana... I am going to attempt to get a harness on him (one make to not rub the spikes).
