heres one for you, questions about Psammophis angolensis

Lachesis1 Feb 04, 2006 10:08 PM

these guys seem almost perfect for my interests and I wasnt quite sure whether to post here or the rear fanged forum since i guess Psammophiinae are alot like the African/European version of racer-like snakes. I know these guys stay small but thats about it. Im assuming a descent sized cage kept dry with a basking spot. Also, i believe Ive heard their bites(Psammophis in general) could be potentially significant but Im not entirely sure of that either. Again if anyone for whatever reason knows a place i could get one it would be great but it doesnt appear these guys are commonly kept.

thanks

Dwarf sand snake is the common name. You will have to tell one of the importers what you want it is not a snake that would normaly be brought in, no market means no snake, unless it is worth it to them to import it.
