I got some strange scar on my emeralds back. I got no lights in the cage. It look lite a burn mark. Anyone know?

That's not a scar, that's a fairly fresh burn.
Could it be chemical? Has the snake recieved s shot at that site?
What are you using to heat the cage? Are there any exposed wires? Any heated metal like the screen a light could be sitting on?
Put some neosporin or other triple antibiotic ointment on that to help it along, even better if you could wipe it with some Nolvasan.
It should improve with each shed but chances are that's a scar for life. Hope it gets better and be sure to re-check your cage and heat source.

it does look like a burn but if there was absolutely no chance of burn exposure I would treat for fungal infection due to too much humidity and spraying...
here is a classic shot of fungus in an ETB easily treated with topical naftin gel applied qd.
