hello everyone.....im kinda new here. after weeks of researching & info gathering, i finally got my baby veiled cham last week. ive named him "zikita" .hes such a cutie! esp when he gapes at me showing his lil pink mouth and hissing and changing color accompanied by 1 or 2 squeaks....aww makes my heart melt...& i pretend to be very scared and back of slowly
he looks healthy and within the 1st few hrs ive seen him eat and poop!...great. the thing is tht he seems to recognize me only when i wear a specific shirt, anything other thn tht he looks very scared n insecure. well....i know hes still new and needs time to settle in. and 2.since my petstore doesnt seem to have enuf suply of pinheads, they've given me crickets the size of about 1-1.5 cm. my baby doesnt seem to be having any probs eating em.....just tht after each meal he slowly looks up and maintain tht way for about 1/4 a min as if letting the food flow down his throat.
other than tht....hes just gorgeous !
