I have read that you should take out all uneaten crickets at the end of the day because they can eat you breadrd. Is this an important thing to do every night? Thanks!

yes you should do that. not only will they eat at your dragons if there hungry but it stress the dragons out if there running around all day and all over them. I admit a lot of times if I have 2-3 left in the inclosure I will let them stay but if you have a lot left they will gang up on your dragon as they sleep at night and will eat a chunk out of them. dragons are deep sleepers and wont wake up from it. hope this helps

Deffinitely a good ideal to remove any uneaten crickets from the cage if at all possible. Often, especially if you do not have any water in the cage, the crickets will try and slack their thirst by nibbling around the eyes of a dragon or mouth. They will also bite into any aware they can get their mandibles into.

If you feel you have loose crickets in the cage and can't find them, put in a small dish of water, this way the crickets may very well drown themselves when trying to drink. Also, a small piece of carrot or some chopped greens left in teh cage will give the crickets access to something to eat other than your dragon.
