Shipping snakes ???

I recently purchased a Pastel BP from Justin Kobylka. He is going to ship it to me, but i live in Indiana dn its very cold. How warm should it be to safely ship him up to me? I know there are heat boxes, but when its getting in the mid to low 20's at night whats safe?
