Inkubation time

One of my egg hatched 14 days ago, but it's clutch egg hasn't hatched yet. It is very big and looks nice and white and I can see that it is something dark inside it. How long should I wait to get a baby out if it? Or is it dead?

Well, from what I've read if its not sunken or moldy yet I wouldn't mess with it. Of course I've never had a clutch of my own yet So I'm just going by what I've read. Cleo, Tundra and a few others are on vacation this weekend, so hopefully Josh06 is around.. lol

We've had clutches where one will hatch and then the other a few days later, and just recently (and still cooking) one that is two weeks past the first one in hatching. We had one other earlier this season that also did the same thing and after about 16 days I went ahead and cut it open. The egg appeared fine on the outside, the baby was fully formed but dead. Not sure why the egg never molded over or collapsed. Chances are that the baby in the egg is dead if it is over 65 days (cooked female). If you still have a few more days until that mark, I'd go ahead and let it sit a little longer.

Good luck,

Well, I will let it be a couple of days more, and then I will cut it open...
