WEBINDIA123 (India) 06 February 06 Six girl students injured in stampede.
Tirupati: Six girl students were injured in a stampede at Girls Residential Bridge School in Chittoor District, about 50 kms from here, last night, police today said.
Police said the incident occured when a lizard fell down from the ceiling on a group of students in a study room where about 60 students were present, which resulted in stampede.
The students, injured in the incident, were admitted to the Ruia Government Hospital here, police added.
