Looks like a very pretty normal to me.
I had one little guy that I received that shed clear for several months after I got him - weird yes - but one day the color just showed up. I also have a bright yellow girl very similar that when she was smaller she shed almost clear - but if you hold the shed up to a the light you can see the pattern in the shed. There are many reasons why a normal snake will shed clear - from stress and hormones to just a fluke.
Anyway - IMO - no, you don't have a ghost on your hands - the black is not faded enough and it does not have the extreme head blush of a hypo. I would bet it will probably start shedding normal in the near future.
Very nice animal tho. Definately a keeper!
