spinal problem

Magnum Feb 07, 2006 02:47 PM

One of my three uro's has what I htink is some sort of spinal problem. Her spine is quite defined through her skin on her back. If you pet her back you'd feel it no problem. Also at one point her spine looks like there's a "c" in her spine. It's straight no problem them there's sort of a horseshoe or letter "c" in it. Her temps are fine as well as her diet. She has never had the appetite that the others have. Her growth has allways been slow in comparison and she was the runt of the litter. Perhaps MBD?.... would anyone have an idea of what I'm dealing with? Thanks

i would take her to a vet as soon as possible. if you can see her spine through her back, she is really skinny. and if she is smaller and not eating as much, you might consider moving her in by herself if she doesn't live alone, she may be being intimidated by the others
