can these geckos survive with out parasite treatement?

Yes.
My 2 sikorae were both wild-caught. I've had them for 8 months now, and they are both healthier than ever.
Neither have been treated for parasites.

My personal opinion is that the treatment is worse than the problem.
Others will disagree.

I've known several people who have had their uroplatus die of parasites. During the time that the geckos are shipped from madagascar to the dealer to you the gecko becomes very stressed and the parasites flourish no longer in check. It is important to get it wormed as soon as you get it. Although some can survive without the treatment more so die. the treatment is not dangerous if giving by expierened vet or hobbiest most deaths do to treatment of parasites are due to an overdose in the medication.

i have no way of getting this gecko stuff for parasites
can u buy the medicen at any stores?
what is it called and where might i get it at besides a animal doctor the people around here dont deal with reptiles of anykind

If theirs not a vet in your area who deals with reptiles you proboly shouldn't do a parasite treatment.
