I built my cage with things I had around the house. All I had to buy was the latches and some metal screen. I had to make it a little smaller than I wanted because it would not fit in the door of my room. But it ended up being 4 feet tall, 4 feet wide and 2.5 feet deep. I have 5 live plants in the cage. It still is a work in progress.
