Homemade? If so, do you have an approximate cost and parts list?

Anyone use the SAFETY HATCH from Big Apple?

What about the Snake Shack (A.K.A. NSReptiles) 'bator?

How many of you actually have success from Hova's?

Any others I should know about?

Big Apples here, and hovabator for non-balls that we only have single pairs of with different needs than ball eggs.

Used in the past old refrigerators with heat tape and a thermostat

Alot of people build there own to suit their needs! If you build your own you can control what heating element to use, the dimentions,the portability,etc........

Nice! What did it take you to get that up and running? I have considered building my own, but with something so fragile, I tend to take the lazy route so if something does go wrong, I know it's not something I did. Who knows, I may build my own, I know it's hard to screw up a piece of heat tape and a thermostat in a box! LOL
