I went to the website and they have a form you fill out, is that all you do? I have heard its kind of a pain to become a known shipper by Delta. Could anyone shed some light on this subject?

Fill out on line questions, they follow up with more questions, you answer, you fill out some more stuff you are done. Their big hang up appears to be number of times you'll ship a year...having some min threshold to make it worth their time.

Should also mentioned you have to prove you ship 6 times a year, are a business and get an anti-terrorism inspection as part of this as well, but that all starts with submitting that form.
