The Ranco thermostat is actually the back up. I am waiting on a Helix along with some light controllers and a few other things. The Helix will be the main thermo once it arrives. It is heated with 3" heat tape, air is circulated by two 4" fans. One is mounted to the top and the other on the false bottom.

The false bottom was made from 1/4" white acrylic. We machined it using a computerized router. I chose the acrylic because it can handle alot of heat and doesnt burn easily. If you want one done I dont see why we couldnt make it happen.
