well he refused it.frzn/thwd rat.took it out yesterday morning.
wednesday night when i first placed it in with him he got a little excited, seemed quiteinterested...but to no avail.
so if this a wild caught animals, what are my chances of getting to eat a frzn rat?i have heard of the chicken broth trick and the pinky brain trick, not sure either hold any weight, and have never tried.
but what i really want to know is my chances of turning this animal around?

I would let a WC green settle in for a couple of weeks, with no disturbances, before I made any feeding attempts. Also, a good hide box and proper temps are critical. If it fails to take a rat after that period, I would try the rat with chicken broth. However your best chance, and if other attempts fail, would be with a live chick. Those are usually difficult to come by, and a f/t chick will usually work almost as well. Thaw in warm water so it is wet and offer it about 30 minutes after lights out, and leave in overnight. You can work on switching it over to rats later. Once it starts feeding, I would have a vet run a fecal on it to check for a parasite load. Good luck.
