Looks like he's crawling with the undersized, off color, pixilated picture virus lol. Seriously, you really can't tell health from a pic no matter how good it is, and that ones pretty bad, get a vet check and they can tell you his status exactly.

only way for us to tell if the dragon is healthy, is to know full details of his care. his basking temp, use of uvb lights and what kind/how frequently it was changed, how much and how often do you suppliment, what kind of products used. what do you feed him, how often, and how much does he eat/ what is his total length, snout to tail tip, what is his current weight. etc.
an examination by a herp vet familier with bearded dragons and their care is really the only way to know for sure if the dragon is healthy. as we can do that on the forum, since nobody here is a qualified vet and those who are, will not make diagnoses without first personally examining your dragon. also, a dragon could look healthy but still have parasites slowing it's growth, potential failures in many organs etc...or be carrying a disease that just hasn't yet manifested itself in your dragon. these usually can be detected with blood work and examinations of stools.
in good pictures, we can only spot obvious signs of malnutrition, that's about it.
