How many cages or seperate pieces of heat tape can be ran on on Ranco? (The kind that Boaphile offers). If it can take more than the 6 plug outlets on the thermostat, how do you hook the extra cages up to the thermostat?

The max wattage on the Rancos is 1500 watts and I believe that the Boaphile cages are 25 watts per ft on the tape. So roughly each cage is 25 watts but I would say 50 to be on the safe side ( as long as it is the 24 inch wide tape ). I hook up 20 of the boaphile cages to one Ranco.

I do the same as Wyatt and it works great(AP cages though).. All you would need to do is add more powerstrips
