Eggs stuck together

Hello everyone,

I posted a few days ago about eggs being stuck to bottom of lay box. I was able to successfuly get them off the box and they are doing well now. Just one question? I didnt seperate the eggs because it was creating too much stress on the eggs. Is it bad to keep them together? I breed snakes as well and it doesnt seem to effect them but what about gecko's?
